Excerpts from ‘The Good Father’.

Century fathers need engage physical battles to protect their children, but they
must also keep watch over them, to secure their spiritual well-being. The enemy they must protect

is Satan, Lucifer, Accuser of brethren He is the
spirit that deceived Eve at Eden, that tried to tempt Jesus in the wilderness,
and continues to taunt His followers. The word of God warns us that‘…we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against
principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,
against spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places.’
That the machinations of the enemy are both physical and spiritual is exposed
by Jesus’ parable of the Sower:

‘……The kingdom of heaven is like a man who
sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed
tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain had sprouted and
produced a crop, then the tares also appeared.
Jesus meant to teach wisdom, therefore the believing father need pay attention,
to know and understand the enemy of his posterity.

Sower, God; the field, the world; the wheat, sons of God; the tares sons of the
devil; and the enemy, the devil. Just as did God, the devil has planted sons on
earth: the wheat and the tares will co-exist. The propagator of wickedness is a
copycat; he needs men, the ones with dominion on earth, to effectively
manifest. In the days of Daniel, the angel that was sent to respond to his
prayer was withstood for twenty-one days by the ‘prince of the kingdom of Persia’ – the devil. Michael, another
angel, ‘one of the chief princes’ came
to help, but still the messenger ‘remained’
with the ‘kings of Persia’ – menDan.10:13.Princes are angels, Kings are men: the spiritual and the physical are most
effective when they collaborate.

You must develop sensitivity to his devices, so that you can counter his moves
against you; he is a spirit, a fallen angel working with and through human
beings against you. But you’ve got to recognize him first! This requires
sensitivity in the spirit – a function of constant fellowship with God.

that your hands can bend bows of steel; you pursue your enemies and do not turn
back until they are destroyed, wounded and not able to rise again, fallen under

All of this is achieved in the spirit realm. God is your stronghold, the One

the answer.
